LIFE TRANSITIONS

It is very common to feel stress and confusion when transitioning to a new phase of life.

Examples of life transitions are:

  • Changing careers or retiring

  • Shifting from student-mode to work-mode

  • Breaking up or divorce

  • Moving to a new place

  • Becoming a parent

  • Becoming a caretaker

While each life transition brings its unique challenges and stress, there are common elements relating to the type of fear and disruption associated with significant change. I use a variety of tools and techniques to help clients cope with change, overcome grief by letting go of the past, and embrace a new phase of life. In this process, people often find joy in walking a path that is truly their own, free from the expectations or demands of others, and filled with endless exciting possibilities.
