Although mental health treatment can be expensive, I believe it should be available to as many people seeking treatment as possible. As a result, I accept most major insurances and offer affordable self-pay rates – without sacrificing the quality of treatment in any way.

Insurance
When utilizing your insurance benefits, the fee will vary based on the type of service provided, length of session, and your insurance provider’s contracted rate. I am happy to answer any questions about using your insurance benefits. I also recommend contacting your insurance provider to find out what is and is not covered since you are responsible for any charges your insurance plan doesn’t cover.

If I am out-of-network, I am happy to provide you with statements (i.e. super bills) to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement, dependent on your benefits.

**Due to Colorado and Hawai'i state laws, I am unable to accept clients who have Medicaid, even for self-pay, since I am not contracted with Medicaid at this time.

Cancelation Policy
Please be aware a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancelation is required in order to avoid being charged a cancelation fee. If you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancelation or do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged the standard session fee.
Counseling Rates
I do my best to offer an affordable rate for self-pay clients. This option allows me to offer services without restrictions on the duration of treatment or reason(s) for seeking therapy. If finances are a concern, I also offer a sliding-scale option. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and upon availability.
